Q: My credit card is declining, now what?
A: Once in awhile we have customers who can not figure out why we need billing information
or does not quite understand how credit cards online work, or just do not feel comfortable placing an order online
using a credit card.
Go ahead and act as if you are going to place an order. Fill in your name, address, phone number, email address
as well as shipping information (or check the box at the bottom).
Go to the next screen. This is where you would choose a credit card Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover,
there is one more option in the drop down menu....phone order. Choose phone order, submit the order, then give
us a call with your credit card information.
This saves time on both ends, since we will have a copy of the potential order, we will not have to go through
and say item numbers and tally up costs. All we will need when you call in (assuming all information was entered
correctly) is the date you placed the order, whether it is Visa, Discover, American Express or Mastercard, the
number of the card, expiration date, and card code on the back of card..
Q: If I see $XX.XX pricing on your site, does that mean that I can receive the
product for free?
A: New products are constantly being added to the site. Please be patient with these
changes. If an item has $xx.xx please e-mail at info@partyoptions.net or call us at 1-800-260-1566 with any pricing
for $xx.xx. Even though you may see the product at $xx.xx price, we will not be able to sell any of our products
at $xx.xx.
Q: What is the Customer Assistance Page?
A: Our Customer Assistance Page is to assist customers with special orders. Although...if
you see something on that page and you too would like to purchase that item at that price, go right ahead. It is
our version of "Blue Light Special."
Q: What is the Party Discounts Page?
A: Party Discount Page are the specials we are running at that time and closeout
merchandise. This is also where we put our items that have accidentally been slightly damaged, like a small dent
in a piñata, or a package getting torn open and repackages. Check back here often for specials on holiday
party supplies, party decorations, theme party packs, partyware, and tableware.
We have also included a list of outgoing patterns. In this list you can see what we know to date as far as what
parties will be going out (no longer manufactured) or if a new version of a party will be taking its place.
Q: How
do I navigate this website?
A: Everything should be able to find within 2-3 clicks. Start with the menu at the
side of the page. For instance if you are looking for a bridal shower click on wedding, bridal shower which ever
words are used at the side. Whatever page that link takes you to there should be a link at the bottom or top of
that page that says Bridal/Wedding index or selection or main page. Our index pages will have all important links
to the specific party theme you are looking for.
Q: What
if something is on backorder?
A: No inventory system is always accurate. We try our best to keep all out of stock
items listed as being on backorder online. If you add something to your shopping cart and the item is coming up
as being on backorder, we should have it within 10-15 business days back in stock. However, every once in a while
a company will backorder products on us, so we can never promise an item will be in stock within 10 days. We do
ask for a date at the beginning of your check out process, the reason for this is because of backorders. We try
to call our customers as soon as we know there is a problem or could be a problem with them getting the products
in time for the event. If you have any questions on this please feel free to call us at 1-800-260-1566. If a party
is limited stock, or discontinued and comes up as item on backorder, this means the product is most likely out
of stock, and we will not be getting anymore. If Seasonal items show up as being on backorder and it is
2-3 weeks before the actual Holiday we will probably not be getting anymore of the item in until next season. If
it right before the season hits and the item shows up as backorder. We will be getting it shortly.
Q: What
is the fastest way to place an order?
A: Online ordering is the fastest way. However, if you feel uncomfortable placing orders
online you can call in your order. We do not take item numbers for phone orders. Note what the title of the party
is and what items and how many items you are wanting. If it is a solid color item, not the color and the items.
We do prefer you go ahead and place the order online using the phone order option then calling with your credit
card information if you feel uncomfortable using your credit card online. This saves everyone time and money.
There is a $5.00 phone order charge on all phone orders. To waive that $5.00 fee please follow these
