Many times shipping charges are not as high as what we charge. How we handle this. When you place an order at www.partyoptions.net
we authorize the transaction for the amount stated in the shopping cart. If the shipping charges are not as high
as the quote, we will only capture the payment for the amount it costs plus a small handling fee. This is extremely
true for the APO AND AE address and Alaska and Hawaii, and also Canada.
The shipping carriers go by box size and box weight when shipping, so larger boxes will cost
more whereas if we are able to use a USPS Flat Rate Box the shipping charge is only $8.90.

We quote what FedEx tells us for shipping time. We are not responsible for mis-directed packages or delays by FEDEX.
Every order is automatically sent an email once their package is sent with tracking information. It is your responsibility
to provide an accurate email address so that you get the correct notification. It is also your responsibility to
make sure someone is there or that you leave directions for FEDEX if you are not home when your package is delivered.
We also have where you can track your order online. Online you need the last 4 digits of the
credit card number and your invoice number and it will show you the tracking number.
