3 Digit Security Number: Where you sign the back of your credit card there is a number on the line. The 3-digit security number is the last 3 numbers on the card. For American Express it is the 4 digits on the front of the card.

Problems with processing your order online. From time to time there maybe a problem trying to process an order. The shipping carriers go by box size and box weight when shipping, so larger boxes will cost more whereas if we are able to use a USPS Flat Rate Box the shipping charge is only $8.90. Trying to reach us after hours or have a question about a product. A new process for Haga's Party Options & More Inc. We do have phone answering after hours. Two of our employees have volunteered their time to be available after hours for telephone calls. They can assist you with questions about products, help you with placing your order, and answer questions about shipping. They do not have access after hours to know about exact stock quantities available. We do not have operators 24 hours a day. The best way to place an order with us and it is after hours is to go ahead and add items to your shopping cart and then follow the phone order instructions. You can then call us with your order to inquire about your order or pay with a credit card by phone. You are in no way obligated to actually purchase an item when the phone order option is chosen at checkout.

Telephone Orders We are an online based company. Please be aware that there is a $5.00 charge on all telephone orders. To waive the the $5.00 fee for a telephone order please follow these instructions.

About Express Shipping charges. We currently primarily ship FedEx Ground to all 48 states. Some packages may ship USPS Priority Mail as well. Puerto Rico, Virgin Island, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, APO, and AE address are all shipped using USPS Priority Mail. We do not offer express shipping to these areas. If your items are needed overnight, 2nd day air or 3-day select. Please call us at 1-800-260-1566. We do not ship this way but certain guidelines must be followed and with management approval some instances we will ship. Criteria that must be met are: 1. If you have ordered from us before (certain accounts) are allowed to ship Overnight, 2nd day air, and 3 day select. These terms may not apply to you. 2. Orders must be shipped to the billing address. 3. The best way we have found to figure an express package is to use our Telephone order option.

Refunds. All orders are authorized for the amount of the purchase, at the time of order. If something is on backorder, we reserve the right to substitute or ship partial shipment, and only capture the amount for the products shipped. Returns We now offer a NO HASSLE REFUND. Print out this form and follow the directions. We offer a 30 day, money back guarantee, for any unopened packages that are returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you placed a special order there is a 50% restocking fee. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. By Holiday we mean if it says The Holiday Example....Happy New Year, Happy Saint Patricks Day, Merry Christmas. Also everyone knows that Santa Claus is Christmas, Leprechauns are Saint Patricks Day, Turkeys are for Thanksgiving, Bats, Ghosts, Witches, Frankenstein etc are Halloween.
