What does Helium Quality Mean?
You can blow these balloons up with Helium and they have a float life. Some balloons are not Helium Quality which
means, if you feel them up with Helium they will not float, and/or the helium will leak out in short amount of
time. Although these balloons are helium quality you can blow them up with plain air and they will work...however
they will not float.
